🌊 Molchanovs Wave 3 Instructor (W3I) Take your teaching to the next level with the Molchanovs Wave 3 Instructor Course. As a Wave 3 Instructor, you will be qualified to teach advanced freedivers who want to explore greater depths, refine their pool performances, and master high-level safety and rescue skills. This course prepares you to mentor divers pushing beyond recreational limits and into true mastery of the sport. ✅ Prerequisites Active Wave 2 Instructor Minimum 1 year teaching experience as W2I (or equivalent agency) Minimum 50 certifications (including at least 10 W1 and 10 W2) - certifications from other agencies count for 50% Active CPR/First Aid certificate (not older than 2 years) Signed Liability Release Signed Medical Statement ✅ Performance requirements Pool Performance DNF: 75m (246ft) DYNB: 110m (361ft) STA: 4’00" – 5’00" Open Water Performance & Skills CNF: 35m (115ft) with an appropriate dive time CWTB: 50m (164ft) with a 100–110 sec. dive time 20m (66ft) Stand-by Rescue (1–2 min. hang) 30m (98ft) Blackout Rescue with 50m (164ft) tow including rescue breaths CO₂ Dive (1 min vertical finning + 25m CWT dive with 5m freefall) Theory & Teaching Prerequisites ⏳ Duration 3 days (depending on candidate progress and conditions) Note: If a W3I candidate cannot meet all requirements within 3 days, additional sessions will be provided at a cost of ₱3,500 per day. 📘 Process During the course, you will: Refine advanced safety, rescue, and teaching protocols in both pool and open water. Practice evaluation, feedback, and debriefing methods at an instructor level. Gain the skills to mentor and inspire Wave 3 candidates as they achieve advanced freediving mastery.
