He was head of AIDA Education for 6 years and a Pioneer in setting up international education and Judging standards for Freediving. Our Instructor Course complies with (or exceeds) AIDA, Molchanovs and PADI Freediver Standards. At Freediving Planet Moalboal, you can be an Instructor certified under several agencies with just 3 extra-days after the Instructor Course.
We are the only Freediving Center in the Philippines to offer AIDA Judge course. Jean-Pol FRANCOIS is an International AIDA Judge Instructor, with a huge experience in judging National and International competitions, World Champs and World Cups, and was also judge for more than 20 World Records.

PADI Freediver
This course is for confident snorkelers, scuba divers, swimmers who want to learn all the basic theory and techniques of freediving, allowing you to progress slowly while learning how your body performs during apnea. This is probably the most challenging and rewarding course. It is a 2,5 to 3 days course.

AIDA 3 / WAVE2 / PADI ADVANCED Freediver
Your are already a cetified freediver with some good experience. This course goes with more details into the theory and training concepts of Freediving which will allow you to understand the physiology and techniques behind deep freediving. It is a 4 days course.
It will take you to a whole new level of confidence in your Freediving. Not only will you learn the latest techniques for deeper diving but you will also learn more about conditioning your body for Freediving. This course will help you to redifine the limits of your Freediving abilities. It is a 4 days min course.

We see coaching as a relationship based on teamwork and we provide advice and training tailored for your level, goals, needs and available time.
As the first rule in freediving is : Never freedive alone, we understand that sometimes freediver just need a buddy to do some training or fun freedives. We provide you the set up and the connection!
If you are not interested in competing but you want to be a part of this great occasion to bring everyone together, then consider to take a Judge Course! In freediving competitions, organisers are always looking for volunteers so you can support at competitions by being a Judge’s assistant or videographer and having a front row seat. It is great experience when you grow as a Judge
