We have the most experienced Freediving Instructor Trainers offering world class teaching under the supervision of Instructor Trainer Jean-Pol FRANCOIS. He was head of AIDA Education for 6 years and a Pioneer in setting up international education and Judging standards for Freediving. Our Instructor Course complies with (or exceeds) AIDA, Molchanovs and PADI Freediver Standards. At Freediving Planet Moalboal, you can be an Instructor certified under several agencies with just 3 extra-days after the Instructor Course.
We are the only Freediving Center in the Philippines to offer AIDA Judge course. Jean-Pol FRANCOIS is an International AIDA Judge Instructor, with a huge experience in judging National and International competitions, World Champs and World Cups, and was also judge for more than 20 World Records.

As the first rule in freediving is : Never freedive alone, we understand that sometimes freediver just need a buddy to do some training or fun freedives. In a training session a freediver and his/her buddy will perform each other safety, make their own training plan, and their own stretching routine

DYNAMIC APNEA TRAINING - 2 hours

- so please allow enough time in the changing room to get change prior to 7:15 pm. Time:Session start at 7:15 pm sharp,
The pool is 25m length. The water temperature is around 27 degres, so it is recommended to wear a rashguard or a wetsuit.
Please come with a Buddy. A training session is only for certified freedivers who can perform buddy system and rescue.
